Jessica Kelly

Married for 20 years and proud parent to two daughters—Skye and Ellie—Jessica serves as the Executive Director of Civic Education WA State, a role she stepped into on November 1, 2024. As a We the People Alumni, Jessica was part of a team that won at the state level and experienced the National Competition in D.C. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector across a variety of roles, she brings a deep passion for community engagement and education. In addition to her nonprofit work, she co-owns an online marketing agency with her husband. A lifelong history enthusiast and avid reader, she recently picked up crochet and now volunteers as a junior roller derby referee.
